Participation in the election process is limited to members of the BACON subgroup. Nominated individuals will be given the opportunity to share their interest in serving, after which elections will be held.

The elected individual will serve a four-year term structured as follows:

• Chair-Elect (1 year)

• Chair (2 years)

• Past Chair (1 year), serving in an advisory and mentorship role

We welcome nominations from both senior-level experts and junior-level members who bring energy, dedication, and a commitment to the subgroup's mission.
